ARTICLE 1: PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT

(Hereinafter referred to as 'Buyer'.) The Buyer's identity, address, and contact information consist of records from the user profile and payment screen.
ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Distance Selling Agreement is the electronic execution of online dues, common area expenses, bills, and/or service fee collection transactions performed by the Buyer through the YonexiA platform, and the determination of the mutual rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation No. 29188.
ARTICLE 3: GENERAL PROVISIONS
3.1. The Buyer acknowledges and declares that they have read and understood the essential features of the service specified on the YonexiA platform, the total payment price including taxes, the payment method, installment options, and the conditions of this Preliminary Information Form and Distance Selling Agreement, and that they have given the necessary approval electronically. 3.2. YonexiA is solely a digital payment tool and platform provider. Amounts collected through the platform (dues, expense shares, bills, etc.) are transferred to the account of the site/building management to which the Buyer is affiliated. The relevant site/building management is the counterparty in disputes regarding the collected service. 3.3. Commissions, interest rate differences, and similar additional costs applied by banks or financial institutions are entirely subject to the existing contractual provisions between the Buyer and the relevant bank/financial institution. YonexiA is not responsible for these additional costs.
ARTICLE 4: SERVICE FEE AND PAYMENT
4.1. The service fee subject to payment is determined by the site/building management and is presented to the Buyer on the YonexiA platform. The final amount regarding the service fee is shown on the payment screen including VAT and other legal deductions, if any. 4.2. Payment transactions are carried out in accordance with PCI-DSS standards through a payment institution licensed by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) contracted with YonexiA.
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE
The service under this agreement is a financial transfer service that is instantly performed in electronic environment. The service is deemed instantly performed and completed upon the Buyer's approval of payment with 3D Secure verification. A receipt/voucher is sent to the Buyer via email and/or in-platform notification upon completion of the transaction.
ARTICLE 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. Pursuant to Article 15/ğ of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15/ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services instantly performed in electronic environment and for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period. 6.2. By pressing the payment approval button, the Buyer declares that they know and accept that there is no right of withdrawal. 6.3. In the event that an erroneous or duplicate payment is detected, the Buyer may apply to the site management or YonexiA support team to request correction or refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method (credit card refund or bank transfer).
ARTICLE 7: SCOPE OF SERVICE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. YonexiA exercises utmost care regarding the security, accuracy, and timely transfer of payment transactions performed through the platform. 7.2. YonexiA's liability is limited solely to the operation of the platform's technical infrastructure and the security of payment transfers. YonexiA is not a party in disputes regarding dues amounts, expense distributions, and service quality determined by site/building management. 7.3. The parties cannot be held liable in cases where contractual obligations cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, changes in legal regulations, internet infrastructure failures, bank system interruptions, etc.).
ARTICLE 8: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Buyer's personal data is processed within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and YonexiA Privacy Policy. Payment information is encrypted with 256-bit SSL, credit card data is not stored on YonexiA servers, and is processed through PCI-DSS certified payment infrastructure.
ARTICLE 9: DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1. The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement. 9.2. In case of disputes, Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees at the residence of the Buyer or Seller shall have jurisdiction for disputes below the value announced by the Ministry of Commerce, and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction for disputes exceeding this value.
ARTICLE 10: EFFECTIVE DATE
This agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's electronic approval. The agreement regulates the mutual rights and obligations of the parties and is deemed performed upon completion of the payment transaction.
