Terms of service — VibeX

Acceptance

By downloading or using VibeX you agree to these terms. VibeX is operated by Mustafa Evleksiz. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the app, and you must only upload photos you have the right to use.

2. The service

VibeX lets you generate AI-edited versions of photos you provide. Results are produced by automated AI models and may vary in quality, accuracy and realism. The app is provided 'as is'; we do not guarantee any particular result.

3. Accounts

You may use the app as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account.

4. Credits, subscriptions and payments

How billing works:

• Some features consume credits; some require a Studio subscription.
• Purchases are processed by Apple and billed to your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage them in your Apple ID settings.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
• We may change pricing or credit costs prospectively; changes won't affect credits you already hold.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Create content that is illegal, sexual involving minors, harassing, defamatory, or that impersonates someone to deceive or harm (including misleading deepfakes).
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or circumvent the app's limits or security.

6. Your content and AI output

You retain ownership of the photos you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service, including sending them to our AI provider. To the extent permitted by law, the AI-generated results are yours to use, subject to these terms and the rights of any third parties depicted. You are responsible for how you use the outputs.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its branding and software are owned by us and protected by law. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the app. You may stop using and delete the app at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected. We are not liable for decisions you make based on outputs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, and disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
